When RGC Account & Affiliate Manager, Jeff Newsted contacted SKYLIST in 2003, he was seeking an email marketing service provider to assist a major credit card issuer to increase number of new customers it was acquiring through its online application programs. Since the deployment of the RGC-SKYLIST email solution for RGC's financial services customer, the increase in the company's credit card lead conversion has been outstanding. Initial results resulted in an over 20% increase in the number of applications completed by the prospect target group.
